Where do you find the serial number?
Inside the tunnel (pocket where you place your booster seat) on a white label on the side
Products that do not have one of the above lot serial numbers are not affected.
Products purchased before September 21 or after November 25, 2021 (December 7, 2021 if purchased from a reseller) are not affected.
We have noticed on some baby carriers that the hip belt clip could have a defect causing difficulty to close completely. This would prevent putting the product on oneself and therefore its use in normal condition.
Although unlikely, the risk would be to use the baby carrier without having fully closed the hip belt clip and resulting in a fall.

CASE 1: the 2 jaws are engaged
If your clip has both jaws engaged,
you are not affected by this recall and can continue to use your product.
CASE 2: only one of the two jaws is engaged
If your clip has only 1 of the 2 jaws engaged,
do not use the product and obtain a replacement at our expense using the form below:
